Originally Morocco specializing in individual and group travel to Morocco. The date, for all reservations, cancellations and changes, is considered the date in which it is received in the Originally Morocco offices. Prices, schedules and any program item are subject to change without notice. A scheduled tour may be cancelled at any time for lack of participation.
 
Reservation
A reservation application must be completed, signed and returned to Originally Morocco, making a deposit and reservation shall be deemed as consent to our terms and conditions. Generally there is no charge for our consultation and proposal to you except as noted below.

Children's Reservations
We happily apply a discount (based upon age) to all children's reservations when a room is shared with parent. Please inquire.

Passports and Visas
It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to obtain and hold a valid passport and a Visa - when required- for travel to Morocco. American citizens don’t need a visa, however the passport should have at least 6 months to expiry from your return. For other nationalities, please click here.

Deposits
A 30% deposit of the total cost of the program shall occur upon confirmation of all services.
The balance of the whole cost must be received by Originally Morocco at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the reservation dates. All reservations made with less than 30 days remaining until the date of departure must be accompanied by the full amount of the requested services' cost.

Cancellations and Refunds Prior to departure

Cancellations must be in writing and considered effective on the day received by Originally Morocco in our office by mail or fax signed by the consumer. 
Certain custom programs may have a different refund policy depending upon the program and payment requirements of the venues booked. You will be advised of any change otherwise the above cancellation policy applies.
In the case of a tour being cut short by the client, no matter what the cause may be, no reimbursement will take place.                                                       
Travel Insurance
Originally Morocco carries liability insurance and conforms to Moroccan laws regulating insurance standards in the travel and tour agency industry. We are insured by RMA AL WATANIYA. However, we advise our clients to carry multi-risk insurance to guard against cancellations, sickness, injury, costs of search and rescue, or loss of property during their entire tour.

Responsibility and legal requirements
Originally Morocco acts as an agent in making and securing all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and accommodations for the program concerned. Originally Morocco does not own or manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant or any other supplier of service. Participants are subject to any terms or conditions of the supplier. By accepting tickets and vouchers, you agree that neither Originally Morocco or any of its representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage to you or your property or in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting either directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown of equipment, strikes or theft. Passengers are subject to all laws and customs in Morocco. Originally Morocco reserves the right to decline, accept or retain a member of any tour. Originally Morocco reserves the right to make necessary changes in itinerary or services, to substitute accommodations or any tour service. Originally Morocco reserves the right to cancel a tour at its own discretion in which case a full refund of monies paid will be made. Originally Morocco cannot be held responsible for any events beyond its control, such as, without limitation, acts of God, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist activities, strikes or government restrictions, nor, in the absence of its own negligence, for personal injury, property damage or loss of earnings from any event (whatsoever) caused by persons not controlled by Originally Morocco, including but not limited to employees of bus companies, hotels or restaurants.  No employee or other representative  may change the terms under which you agreed to participate. In purchasing a travel package through Originally Morocco the passenger expressly agrees to the terms and conditions.
