Riad Farnatchi is one of Marrakech's best kept secrets, a gem of a small hotel hidden away in the oldest part of the medina.

This riad is one of the most chic and luxurious in Marrakech and its style reflects a fascinating fusion of traditional Moroccan and modern European design. At its heart is the open-air courtyard with a green-tiled pool and the gentle sound of water tumbling from a fountain. Relaxing or dining by candlelight in the surrounding b'hous - the shady alcoves around the pool is the perfect antidote to a busy day. The Berber cooks make everything in house, from bread to preserves, from pastilla to pickles.

The stunning suites are designed with the emphasis on comfort and style. Egyptian cotton sheets, deep marble baths with Molton Brown toiletries, djellebah and babouches for guests' use, are some of the delicious details.
Each suite is delightfully different; one even has a domed skylight high above the bed, so in the heart of the city you can sleep with the stars and wake with the sun.

09 suites, some with balcony or terrace, a separate chaise longue area and open fireplace. All rooms with satellite TV, DVD, stereo CD players, air conditioning, heating and internet connection. Complimentary Moroccan slippers and robe given to all guests.
