RESTAURANTS & BARS
To the gourmets, the Palais des Roses offers a selection of restaurants either the varied culinary styles or the settings where the food is going to be served complete to give them a full satisfaction :
 International restaurant : buffet restaurant show cooking style is equipped with two terraces overlooking the internal lagoon. Specialities from all over the world are offered in an international background.
Mediteranean restaurant / + diet carte : provides an à la carte menu service. Special dishes.
Safran restaurant : Moroccan restaurant offers an à la carte service in an authentic and Berber style background where you can taste some of the Moroccan savouries being at the same time rocked with Andalusian music.
Oasis restaurant : Beach Barbecue restaurant offers an à la carte menu. It has two terraces, one overlooks the sea and the other is build by the Swimming pool proper; a suitable place for entertainment to enjoy grills and seafood products.
Khaima restaurant : one big moroccan tente with a terrace overlooking the sea.
Moorish bar : it’s the ideal place where you can sip a glass of tea or enjoy a chicha (water pipe) in a Moroccan oriental style background. Some Gnaoui shows are also there during the whole night.
Havana club : the privileged place for the cigar and brandy (French Cognac) lovers. One of the most refined places in the hotel.
Bridge room : several game tables are set at the disposal of the players with playing cards all together.
Jazz club : piano bar with a terrace overlooking both the swimming pool and the sea.
Ocean bar : a bar equipped with a billiard table. Thanks to its wonderful terrace, this billiard room also overlooks both the swimming pool and the sea, it’s certainly the spot billiard lovers enjoy most.

To perform seminars and meetings in good conditions, Palais des Roses suggest:
A private entrance with a parking area, a reception to seminar participants, a bar room for business people.
2 conference rooms that can seat 100 people and 80 people.
15 rooms for sub-committees (workshops).
Open air spots for coffee breaks (with views on the sea, swimming pool, open-air and green spaces being omniscient).
LEISURE AND FACILITIES
The swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees. a semi-private beach where sport activities can be practised, a hard-court tennis is available, ping-pong, billard tables, three putting-greens can be operated by golf players, the mini club unit for children who are less than eight years old, the club is equipped with a swimming pool and workshops for games baby-sitting on request.
